The 4" Goliaths weigh ~32 lbs and though we didn't get a chance to weigh this system before it shipped (rush shipment), it was not much more. I would say within 35-40lbs, probably on the leaner side of that range. Any info on horsepower gains compared to other leading exhausts. Until you are up into the ~1000+ whp range you will not see any benefit from going up from 4" to 5". The owner of this exhaust is going all out with his build and wants to be sure that there are no restrictions to accomplishing a very large number.
