To the guys revving their motors at say ~10,000 rpm or anything higher than stock limits, what did you raise your maximum oil pressure to? or do you need to? I know that there might not be many options with the stock pump, but I will be running a dry sump with a 5 stage pump. Can somebody please give me an idea of range of pressure I need at rpm's that high? The pump will have an adjustment with a range of about 20 psi from whatever the maximum is. So, If I specify it to have a maximum of 90 psi, I can drop it down to ~70 psi. Thanks for any input!

I'm running the stock oil pump and installed an oil pressure sender on my Supra and noticed that it dropped pressure slightly at around 7,000rpm, but then came back up after 8,000rpm. I'm not sure why this happens. You will definitely need good pressure at 10K rpm, most likely 80psi or so. But I'm not an expert on that stuff. To much pressure and you'll start blowing seals. You might want to ask Marko or Saad or Jason Siebels about that.

Thank you very much for the input Chris. I'll try contacting the guys you mentioned.
