That's for the typical "long runner" version (which is good for mid-range power). The short runner version will flow a bit better on the top end but costs more and will loose some low-end... You will still need piping from the TB to the intercooler, and if you're on speed density (no MAF) you'll want to retune. Plan on 6 weeks as these are hand built by a true craftsman... empera 11-22-2005, 05:12 AM nice, sounds good thanks... BIGG_EASY 11-23-2005, 10:40 PM Can you post pics of one of these manifolds you guys made? Does it come with anything such as drop-down brackets for the alt? eric ma71supraturbo 11-24-2005, 12:32 AM It does come with drop-down bracket. http://members.aol.com/jt2ma6/up6.jpg http://members.aol.com/jt2ma6/up8.jpg throttle cable optional, throttle body not included BIGG_EASY 11-24-2005, 10:21 AM Ahaa! I knew it. So Ron IS making them for you. Well you couldn't have chosen a better guy to do it. Looks nice, eric ma71supraturbo 11-24-2005, 03:07 PM . :) Loki89t 11-24-2005, 07:47 PM Ron's manifolds are pure sex, someday I'll have to pick one up. supra4ever 11-24-2005, 09:33 PM Hello Just as a side note, here you can see the "short runner version" about to be installed on my own car: http://www.thesupraforums.com/showthread.php?t=766 The quality is as good as any of the far more expensive parts you can buy for the Mk IV, Ron is a very clever guy and you can't go wrong buying one of his FFIM's bowtiebuba 11-26-2005, 02:28 AM will you guys be makeing a front mount intercooler kit to go with the manifold thats one thin thats has kept me from buying one of rons manifolds, if horsepowerfreaks made a front mount ffim kit that would be the best shit ever | |
