: Punks in Fort Worth

Two guys named named Frances Bastos and Deacon Emieth stole a womans identity named "Nancy" who lives in MA. They then changed her billing address on her credit cards to their address in Forth Worth, TX.

They then ordered $1500 worth of parts from us and we shipped them to their address at 3601 Alhambra Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76119. She then of course did a chargeback because it wasn't her that ordered them and we lost that money.

If anybody that lives near there is having a bad day and feels like busting out some car windows or flattening some times, these are some punk asses to do it to.

We're now talking to the Fort Worth Police and the FBI. They also ripped off 2 other businesses that I know of. The people committing the crime may not live at that address, as the person who used to live there may be deceased.

Here's another company that got ripped off.

I thought I'd throw that in there for you, Chris. You never know what way people can twist and contort certain things to make it look like somebody is guilty (or innocent-but not in this case).

We did ship to the billing address. Frances Bastos assumed Nancy's identity and changed all of her billing addresses to his. Everything matched including the CVV.

joel w.... Merchants don't win in this situation. Our only recourse is to go after the individual if we can find them. I've sued several other people and won. I need to track this guy down.

he he. Thanks for the support guys. I do wish the rule was that people lose a hand for everytime they steal. Maybe a leg after that. They wouldn't be able to do it very many times.

If I ran for president, I wouldn't even know where to start. Welfare, Heath-care, Illegals getting free hospital and schooling, Govt workers sitting on their butt, Section 8 (assisted housing), Insurance Fraud, Lawsuit award caps, more Prisons and more prison time for pedaphiles and rapists (even castration for repeat offenders), more for white and blue collar crimes like shop-lifting, credit card fraud, legalize and tax pot and other drugs, and use the money to fund prevention, let all of the non violent drug criminals out of jail, spend a ton on stem cell research and other cures using umbilical cords and babies that were not born for whatever reason, a cease to spending money on other countries when we don't have the money, a cease to rebuilding parts of our country that are on a 10-20 year devastation plan, etc. etc. etc.

Basically every single one of these things I mentioned will keep me from ever being elected to any office. I'm not saying my ideas are the best ways to solve the problem, but something needs to be done in these areas mentioned. If I was president, shit would happen.

I also failed to mention that I would hire 10,000 people to go after disability fraud. I would create a disability standard and anybody caught on camera violating the standard would lose their benefits. I would send these people out in every city and all they would do would be video-tape people on disability. I'd create new courts to deal with the overabundance of white collar crime. Once word of that hit the streets, disability benefit payouts would drop 50%. I would also change the unemployment compensation policies so that assholes don't get unemployment compensation when they get fired. That's a bunch of crap. Employees can sit around and do absolutely nothing at work, get written up 10 times with documentation stating they must work to keep their job, get fired, then get paid for 2 years. I would also change the laws about adoption. Once you give up your child for adoption (if the child is an infant or not born yet) you would permanently give up your rights to that child. Enough of children going back and forth not knowing who their real parents are. If people are going to be gracious enough to raise somebody elses child, they shouldn't have that child ripped away from them after raising the child for several years. I would strengthen our borders as well. If China can build a great wall, so can we. We build millions of miles of roads all around the country, I think we can make a wall for less than 2,000 miles on our Southern Border. What's this dry back wet back crap? If somebody gets into our country illegally, I don't care if they got to land or are still in the water, take em back to where they came from. For illegals that are here and are working, tax them. We could use the money.

Damn Chris, I'm pleasantly surprised to get that taste of your political views.

"Basically every single one of these things I mentioned will keep me from ever being elected to any office."

I think you'd be surprised at how many votes would go in favor of somebody that would openly discuss such issues, especially if the real plan to fix them is shared.

We don't need political leaders that are tentative about discussing and making changes on certain policies and such that need attention. What we need are leaders who are assertive enough to establish and act on their views both before and after they are elected.

true that, craig can be vice prez.I'll need the next 12 years to think about it. That's a lot of travelling and long hours to work, which I've had more than enough of in the last four years.
