We just got the FJO wb unit/controller and we are trying to make sense of the instructions. the wiring is a bit vauge. there are 2 wiring diagrams; "Master" and "Slave". they dont really make too much sense to me. im thinking we want to install it as a Master setup. weve got the guage/digi display to, but apparantly that cant be used if we are to send the data to a laptop input.
is there an easy way to install this and send the signal to the AEM? or, which way/pin should we use to feed the analog output of the controller into the EMS?
thanks

I believe you run the gray wire out of the AEM into the wire that used to go to the stock o2 sensor. Make sure you use the signal wire from the stock o2 sensor. Not sure which it is. Can someone else chime in here?
Chris.

Chris thanks for the reply. i looked it all over. here is what i did;
installed included 5-wire NTK sensor into the 4" "whale" behomoth downpipe. tucked the pig tail under the Diagnostic plug. then, i peeled the tape off the engine harness, cut a slit into the rubber boot where it enters the firewall. i took the supplied NTK extension harness and persuaded it through the wireharness boot and into the firewall. taped up the harness and pigtail for a stock appearance.
the NTK extension harness now comes down along with the rest of the stock harness. the FJO controller is now mounted to the stud that formerly held the Trac ECU. the FJO controller pigtails now face the AEM EMS harness.
the NTK extension harness is strategically routed so the slack is hidden and then plugs into the FJO controller
the flat 4-pin connector with black wires has the Serial cable extension plugged into it for PC datalogging purpose
the flat 4-pin connector with white wires has the WBO2 display guage harness plugged into it. the harness is run across the bottom of the dash, to the left side of the steering wheel. the display guage will be mounted just to the right of the power mirror switch.
the square 4-pin connector is plugged in. the black wire is run to the factory chassis ground next to the door jamb, just above the carpet line. the white power wire is soldered and heat shrunk to Pin 1 of connector A; B-O. this is the IGN source. i crimped on the supplied connector and silicone grommet to seal the plug. this goes into slot 1 for Lambda output into pin B47, factory OX1 sensor input. remove the blue-red wire, and insert your new wire using the supplied female pin connector that came with your AEM EMS box. when crimped properly, it will slide into the B47 location with some persuasion and fit like factory.
there are a pair of 2-wire connectors that will remain unused in our application
1. analog tach input
2. something else that slips my mind ATM, it pertains to the FJO controller.
the installation went quite well. the controller is adjacent to the EMS and takes up the Trac ECU location. i couldnt ask for a better installation. it was relatively easy, only had to solder one wire. had to crimp on 2 supplied pins. i did my best to crimp them to factory specs, but it requires a crimping tool that i dont have or know where to get.
hopefully, someone will find this helpful in the future.
