Well I finally got my rims, so now I can unleash some pics. I've had the car for 3 months now and all can do is throw money at it!!! Thats pretty much it for exterior styling. Next will be some serious power :snork_lac

Good to know that you put some money into them and didn't cheap out. I wanted to ask initially, but in the case that they weren't Racing Hart, I didn't want to embarrass you. Nice size choice, too.

What tires do you have?

Since wheels make the biggest statment I didn't want to go the less expensive route. Wheels will make or break the deal. I'm just glad they fit! There is enough room for one finger on the shock and on the lower control arm. Don't really have anything else to spend money on... The tires are Nitto NT 555. I want to pick up some mk4 tt wheels and put some DR's on em too.

so how much into tires and wheels? any problems rubbing? those are nice man.. i do like how they fill the wheel well. is your suspension hight stock? does it handle better or worse in the corners? im bet it hooks up alot better off the line huh?

Rubbed once (the plastic inner liner on the front) going 80 around a bend and hit a small bump. Handles better than stock wheels of course. Not sure off the line, I haven't launched hard with em. Only put 150 miles on it since I got em. It's to shitty out now. I'm lowered about 1 inch all around on Coilovers. Rims and tires came to 3k

You're not alone on paying that much for rims and tires, Nate. Mine came to just over $3100.

Kind of a side note-The aluminum and carbon fiber center caps that I bought with my rims for $35 each don't even fit in the rims. So I've got 4 brand new Volk center caps just sitting. Oh well, I'm sure I'll be able to sell them at some point. I wouldn't use them even if they did fit, though. I like the bronze caps better.

Autos are nice for drag racing. Other than that, though, I get bored easily driving an auto.

Thanks! The wheels were special order, overnight parts from Japan. Actually I got them through discount tire, they had to be built and shipped over from Japan, It took 3 months.
