The DVD $$'s ultimately go to pay Garth and his business for his efforts promoting and filming each years events. Sure, we could all sell the DVD for $5 or even cheaper for $1, but then there won't ever be another one produced. These DVD's take a lot of time filming and several months of editing and adding sound. It isn't being done for charity although I doubt he makes much money on it even now.
Take care,
Chris.

Your expert salesmanship worked on me ;) I just bought the DVD a few minutes ago and also picked up a HPF tee shirt while I was there. A couple of those reminders of other Supra hardware were also tempting ...maybe next time.
ChrisB 10-27-2005, 12:41 PM Thanks Nick. It's a damn good DVD and definitely hypes you up. After watching it, I always want to take my Supra to some deserted road somewhere and set new land speed records. :)
Nick 95 6sp 10-27-2005, 01:57 PM Well, Chris, since I drove my Supra in to work today and it's kind of clear and cool outside today, and just thinking about that DVD without even having watched it yet, when I leave here in about another hour I will try to break the Pennsylvania Turnpike Land Speed Record. If I succeed, I'll let you know. If you notice an attempt to access my account later today from Graterford Prison, please let them access the account, it may be my call for help ;)

Cheese-us-rice, Thats dirt cheap. If Garth can get it done before Christmas I'll pay $30. I love the Vegas vids, when its cold and nasty outside its great to pull out 2 or 3 Supra vids to get you through a cold long winter, as for dirt cheap, $12 is dirt cheap.
I saw Garth working at the drag strip, come on thats not work :moon: , but really thanks for making the vids for us Garth, you do high quality vids.
Thanks Eric
Nick 95 6sp 11-03-2005, 02:52 PM I just got the DVD in the mail today ...the one from last year of course.
So tonight the family will have something to watch on TV whether they like it or not! ;) Now this will be reality TV ...unlike those diapered housewives or whatever that show is about
Mk4Supraownz 11-03-2005, 06:20 PM I cant wait for the video! It was the first SILV I attended, it was great... hehe the great part was that I ended up buying a 93.5 Supra =) from a guy I met at SILV.
SP 7M 11-04-2005, 02:48 AM The SILV '05 DVD isn't made by Extreme Motorsports again, is it? I have a couple of the DVDs they did to cover Supra meets and I think they could've done so much better.
Garth-Your Supra is awesome. I read the article in SCC (I think) a little while back.

We are trying to get the DVD's out by X-mas!!!!! :snork_tan
SP 7M 11-08-2005, 07:16 AM I hope it's not all loaded with crappy music, whacked-out camera angles and bad editing like SILV 02 and TX2K3.
