Hi drjonez, Thanks for the response. I took my car to another Toyota dealership because many were telling me I only needed the high pressure line and not the pump and a new rack.
Sure enough, that was the case and apparently the first shop was trying to rip me off. The second shop was not agreeable to working with used or rebuilt parts so I had to buy a new high pressure line which was about $230.
The car is fixed and is now for sale. Thanks for your response. magbond65

ouch. that line is $50 NEW from napa....
