Hey, just bought the full rear and front R2 bushing kit, and wondering if theres any tips and tricks for installing them. I got the usual breaker bars 1/2 in tq wrench, joint seperator etc... and a buddy of mine will press them out for me so, wondering is theres anything else I need. O yea if any one can, can you scan some pages out of the 94 fsm for tq specs on the control arms and so on. I been lazy and havn't bought them yet. Thanks.

The MK3 guys like to "BBQ" their old bushings out. Since your buddy has a press that shouldn't be necessary. Do the R2 bushings come with zerk fittings?

Well, it was the biggest PITA ever but its done. As for zerk fittings are you talking about those grease nipples or what? Sorry if I dont know the correct term. But the bushings are in and alignment tommorrow, the two front lower control arms are a pain cause they have a metal sleeve in them, and the rear upper arm is a pain cause its a metal ball joint that looks like a rubber bushing. The rear upper was heated then pressed out, anyone that is doing this I'd recommand atleast a 30ton press, we had a 20 and it was barely sufficent.
Went on a quick ride and it feels amazing better than a new car, my car just turned 61k and the bushings was still good when we pressed them out, but after taking a ride with the new ones it felt better than new, so I was amazed at the results.

The kit is the R2 Racing Front and Rear kit for the mkiv supra. Its the same kit that every other place sells for 186 for front and 186 for rear kit. I got both of mine for 295 shipped off ebay.

KY is the best to get those bushings in, just for future reference
