the only option that is there is 'instant email notification' for ALL subscribed threads.

you subscribe to a thread when you post IN it, i want email notification for threads I START, not reply in.

"New Subscribed Threads:"

under that threads will be listed, click on the unsubscribe option. then u wont get them.
