I have a loss of power around 4500 when the second turbo comes online the car bucks surges and sometime will just not boost. I have checked for vac leaks I have no leaks. I replaced my plugs and coil connectors this does not feel like a misfire more like a boost leak but i have no leaks. I have no codes stored in memory. Is it possible i have a turbo bypass valve bleeding my boost or something. Thanks for the help

I blocked off the bypass valve thats not it :/
