Im finally faced with an engine swap situation..Im going to be driving to school in september about 14 hours from home, and my supra won't make it as is. I thought about getting another car and taking the supra off the insurance and all that and keeping it at home until im done with school, but I was thinking...

If i got a jdm 7mgte and found an r154 transmission, that'd be almost 3,000$, and labor wouldnt matter because i have the resources to do it with some friends (by the way, i have an automatic 7mge). under the hood (not brakes or anything) what would i need to do besides swapping the block and tranny out...i dont know what i would get with the motor (what pullies, etc.) so other than that sort of stuff, could anyone tell me what i might need to worry about?
