Hey guys..i've always dreamed of owning the new gen of supras, but a MKII just so happened to fall into my lap. I owe it to a co-worker of mine that just so happened to open the paper up and said, hey, did you see this? I was like, OMG!!! I gotta get that! I bought it for 1200 and it has 101,xxx miles on it. It is an 82 celica supra p-package i'm assuming as it has the cloth interior with multi adjustable seats. red and black in color with the alloy rims. i will post pics as soon as i get off of work. The interior is immaculate for it's age. Hardly any rust...mainly the kick panels under the doors and in front of the rear wheel wells.
It has a bad oil leak tho. i want to say most of it is leaking from the oil drain plug..easy fix i know..but the valve/cam covers are covered in oily debris and there is some oil sitting in between the cams where the spark plugs are... how hard is it to replace the gaskets? this is my first toyota. I previously owned an '03 Honda Civic Si but it got repoed after an 8 month layoff.. couldn't afford to pay for it and child support. lol! But now i have a soon to be much better car..even tho it's much older.
I am so happy right now! Anyways, if you could point me to some websites where i can find performance parts...and say a body kit and cf hood and hatch?!?! I want to keep it JDM-ish. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
