so i am thinking about purchasing a 1991 Toyota Supra Turbo with a bad motor. I was wondering if the 1JZ-GTE 2.5L TWIN TURBO engine is a direct swap, and i was also wondering if the stock supra turbo transmission would fit on the 1jz-gte.

No and No.. 1jZ required custom motor mounts and front clip if i remember right. the stock tranny for the 7m will not fit also. But if your going to do that build i wanna see it GL

And remember, just because it requires some work, doesn't mean it won't work. Look into bellhousings for the stock tranny if it's a manual. Most manual gearboxes I've run into have had detachable bellhousings while most automatics are cast with the tranny body.
