Comments: I thought I could save some money and buy a used BOV only, then have a local shop weld it to a custom hardpipe. The custom hardpipe, BOV flange, welding, and used BOV ended up costing about as much as a new BOV kit -- lesson learned. Aside from that, the BOV works very well, looks good, and sounds great. The only downside is that the car will stumble a bit if you abruptly push in the clutch after being under load (it would happen to me mostly when exiting a freeway and coasting). Buying the option recirculation fitting and running a hose back into the accordian hose would solve the stumble, but it's really not a big deal.
