I have a 1998 supra stock twin. When i floor it i can hear the 1st turbo pull and boost going up but when it hit 4rpm i can't fell the second turbo. The boost doesn't hold either and the turbo doesn't wine like it is dying. I have check for any vaccum leak and i can't find anything. Have anyone have this problem before or might know what would cause it to do that. The car idle a little bit too. HELP! Please!! problem solve!

Have you checked to see if there is any oil in your intercooler tubes?
