I would avoid using stock shocks. They may be fine now, but within a month the lowering would have pushed them over the edge and you'll be looking at doing that labor all over again...

They are, and in a lot of cases make more sense than a separate spring and shock setup because you can play with the height.

Hey, i picked up a car with Red springs and KYB GR2's... i was told they are eibach's... but they arent black so i know they arent Pro-Kit springs. Are Sportlines supposed to be red? i think they are but im not sure. i just saw BG springs are Red too... so i guess ive ether got Sportlines or BG's... any idea what the spring rates are on the STOCK coils in relation to the Sportlines and BG's?
i think a decent bump in rate, no more than 25% increase, would be a sufficient improvment to tighten up the handling.
eh?

Hey ma71supraturbo, I need to talk about fly wheel. I am replacing the clutch and the rear main seal. I found a clutch that has a throw out bearing and preasure plate. What I need is a list of flywheel options and I don't want the cheapest but I don't want the most expensive either.
