Does anybody know is there is any modification that we can do to the stock oil pump of the supra? Any information on how to do it is appreciated.

Thanks

I definitely remember reading about it many times, I sort of even recall seeing some pics of what it involves ...which is porting some of the passages to reduce restriction. I even read about it in references to built motors and moded oil pumps at some of the well know vendor sites ...like SP and PHR. Here's a cut & paste from PHR:
************
PHR Modified Oil Pump
The OEM oil pump is prone to front main seal failure under high boost conditions. We modify the oil pump to reduce pressure at the front main seal, increase internal flow, and balance and clearance the rotor assembly. All pumps are hand-modified and ported to ensure the highest quality.

Now finding more specific "how-to" info about the oil pump mod is a challenge but I do recall seeing it.
