HI THIS IS MY 89 MKIII PROJECT; I GOT A 1JZ THATS GOING TO BE SINGLE T66 BALLBEARING TURBOED WITH A HALTECH E6K ENGINE MANAGEMENT AND 700+ CC INJECTORS AND HOPING FOR 6.5 OR 700 HP, BUT I JUST STARTED THIS PROJECT SO MAYBE THERE BEEN SOME CHANGES IN THE SETUP BUT I WILL KEEP YOU GUYS POSTED, BUT FOR NOW SOME PICTURES OF THE RAW THING WITH JUST WHEELS ON IT!

since back then i got a lot of things going on and change my project to a better and more radical setup and car folowing the supra theme at least the powerplant:teeth:also i hit a sponsor for this project and so far is comming along super good, so here it is!
i prep the mock up engine+trany (in a note this is the w58 i got for now cuz i got all the components for it but the r154 is on the basement waiting for the 1jz bellhousing,

and to surprise me more look the trany shifter position, now i really start to worry and i was really like,,, :shock: damn something is really to be real f..ked up later i know :roll:

then i realize today is my f..king day cuz it was almost unbelivable when i went down underneath the car and the transmission x-member and mount just bolt together and the driveshaft went in like it was made for it! CAN YOU BELIVE THAT :shock: :lol:

now is a really small interference with the turbo and hood, but nothing serious cuz i was going to cut most of the reinforcement out so no problem at all!

and here is were i got to do my magic, i got to cut the factory x-member brackets to weld new ones nothing serious it is going to be super easy thats on the next update.

look the front of the engine oil pan line in comparassion with the front radiator suport almost scuared ahhh?

i lower the car to the floor and the ride height is almost the same as if the 22r engine still there.

also the setup is changing as well as the HP goal levels cuz now i am using a 2jzge N/A-t with a gt54 garret turbocharger 1000 cc injectors built bottom and a microtech ltx12s engine management aiming for 850 hp, custom built intake by me and for now a w58 trany soon to be upgraded with a r154 to later if i pick up another sponsor change it to a liberty clutchless or a racing trans braked powerglide
the chassis is going to be stock no minitub or wheelie bar 26x10 slicks and turbosmart boost controler to control the power and launches on the track to avoid the use of wheelie bars and aiming for mid 8's in the 1/4 mile with the race trany, with the manual trany i am aiming for mid to high 9's
