I've been approached by an 87 supra owner like myself. She asked if she would be able to import a supra from japan for a show/race vehicle. Anybody ever done anything like that before ?
What would she have to do?
Who would import it and get all the paper work done?

you would or the other person having it done. Try a customs agent at a major airport.

do they drive on the left or right in canada. if it is the left then importing shouldn't be a problem. how strict are your emmissions and do they lessen with the age of the car? i cannot imagine that a ford model t would pass but i'll bet someone overthere has still got a running one.

Emitions, Speak to anyone on here who has done time in california. Emission control is a good thing. But if you don't pass you have to pay to fix it. On top of the 50$ you have to pay for the test. The tests were done per vehivhle specs year make and model and such.
