are you serious with this..., daboss, shit, asking questions like that?
If you can't do it and you gave an honest effort and it is obviously beyond your realm of capabilities. THEN pay someone to do it and you do what you can do, after that in the way of perventive maintenance.

Honestly though, sorry if I sounded short. I apologize. But you have a better chance of not screwing it up if you do it yourself and if you pay someone and they f it up...., then you have bigger problems. If you do it, you can't be mad at anyone but yourself. All be it I have pulled dash boards on other cars but never a supra. I find that things you are working on revolving around a supra......., come off easier than they go on. I must have really been on edge when I responded to you. I went through a spell with my girl having surgery and my ride being broken down. I am honestly sorry for giving you a hard time boss.

The dash can be a major pain in the ass. It really does depend on your abilities... but more so on your patience.

You need to remove the two upper screws on the lower column cover
pull the accessory switch plate
remove the ashtray and the guide plate
remove the center console bezel
remove the upper gauge trim plate (7 screws in all I believe)
remove the gauge cluster mounting screws
then pull the gauge cluster towards yourself a couple inches
tip it so it faces down
and then you should be able to swap the bulbs without disconnecting any of the harness connections

It's easier if you tilt the steering wheel all the way down and extend the column all the way. When you reinstall the cluster don't force it! If it feels like it's getting hung up on something it's probably the speedo cable and the speedo that aren't lining up.

See, this is why the stock lights and gauges are never going to be changed in my ride.

lol, it's not really that bad. But if you're impatient you're likely to break something.
