c'mon kitty that mount was pretty damn rusty and pick up???????? c'mon girl you're going to half to split the shipping at best. But 150 might be inexpensive especially if I were in the area and could pick it up, but it's still pretty rusty.

I drive a 91 7mge. The exhaust is stock. so would it be a chore or a task to make work....., be honest? mike

^^^^^^^
It's not that rusty!!! If you get it, I'd just get a nather flang and some 3 inch exhast pipe then find someone to fab up an exhast. But if you have a stock 7MGE it mite be a little to big.

those would be the questions i am leading up to asking. I know it doesn't look that bad , if it really did, i wouldn't still be typing.

Daledoe
03-26-2006, 10:55 PM
I'd get it if I was you. I bet it sounds good. Its made by the some co. that my exhast is made by.

I don't want to buy it without some type of warranty. to the effect of if it doesn't just go on, she will take it back and refund my money 100%. It'll either fit or it won't. all of my exhaust is stock.

I'm thinking about twin 12inch glass packs F uck it

NocturnalKitty

i'm actually trying to help someone else sell it. it came off an 87t and sounded great on the car. it was removed b/c a more stock look and sound was desired for certain reasons. i expected it to be louder when i saw it on the car, but it had a nice deep rumble. actually one of the best exhausts of this kind i've heard on a mk3 turbo yet.

message me on aim or pm me through the forum if u want more info...thats usually a better way to catch me.

edit...still waiting to hear from the local buyer it was being held for. he was gonna pick it up last weekend, but something came up. just messaged him this afternoon.

yeah i remember u posting that before mike. the piping from the cat back to the muffler can normally be done for decent price as most muffler shops. it can work with ur car if the piping was changed though i'm not sure how it would sound on a n/a. a resinator would help to quiet things down.

you really don't care for my personality at all, for one second , do you? I"m sorry you felt I was rude in my previous post, but it was a sort of back handed compliment.

Don't do that!!!! It would sound like shit I think. Just get this. My friend had my 3 inch exhast on his 89 NA auto and it didn't sound bad at all.

supramacist
04-02-2006, 07:08 PM
NO...., for sure..., No hurry.., but get me the weight. I am interested, but i'm not sure how soon I will want it. could be 6/10 weeks. I would think would be worst case scenario. What else am I going to need to make this thing work on my ride???

NocturnalKitty

there's the weight dude...posted it a few days ago.

supramacist...weighed the exhaust. it weighs about 24 lbs, so with with packing and the box i'm guessing around 30 lbs.

as far as what u would need just like i said before the piping from the cat back to the exhaust and a resinator/silencer so its doesn't sound like a train rolling through or worse. any muffler shop can handle that and it can be done for a decent price.

supramacist
04-03-2006, 10:41 AM
what I am trying to decide right now is .........., is your 150$ muffler plaus the 75$ to have it shipped here. I can't think about more than one thing at a time it's deep right here right now. Don't bump me but if someone buys it let me know. I am interested for sure.. I think the enitre price to get it here and put on would be around 300$, So i'm thinking about it. but like I said e me if you sell it. don't hold it for me.

NocturnalKitty
04-03-2006, 04:17 PM
i wasn't holding it and i wasn't bumping u. i was bumping the thread...thats what ppl normally do on a thread where they have something listed for sale.

05-03-2006, 06:16 AM
Do you have it still and would you go any lower?

supramacist
05-03-2006, 01:15 PM
read the thread dude......, she's not going lower. It's priced to sell. I just got my ride back from the shop and i'm ass'd out. so you should buy it dude. it's probably a deal.

05-03-2006, 02:25 PM
Hey kitty how much would shipping be to 43952? Thanks

supramacist
05-04-2006, 02:20 PM
Dude...., you can call ups just as easily as she can. The problem you have is......., she knows this. You obviously have yet to read the entire thread. I think she will read you as not as interested as you say you are. She'll bite your head off if you aren't carefull.

05-04-2006, 02:43 PM
Well I'll just have to wait for kitty and ask her myself.

I'm just tell'n ya for your safety. LOL. you'll see. She's short, direct and no nonsence. She's still cool. I hope you don't think I am ragg'n on you. It wasn't my intention and I apologize if you do.

sorry guys...i'm bearly ever online, especially since my man and i moved into our new pad.

the exhaust is sold and it actually ended up on an n/a. it sounds pretty damm good actually. my man recentlly got a 89 n/a and slapped the exhaust on. he's very happy with it. i'll try to take a short vid with sound if i can just so anyone who might be curious can hear it. i must say 5zigen exhaust on these cars (n/a and turbo) sound sweet.
