Hey, quick question. I'm doing the six speed swap here soon too, on the clutch pedal theres the swtich that lets you start the car when the pedal is pushed in. Did you have to by pass that or was there no hook up to that switch since it was a auto before?

I doubt the switch exists if you had an auto.

If you have the switch and you bypass the switch you can start the car with the pedal up. Just unhook the switch from the connector at the bottom of the clutch pedal and use a little wire and jump the two ends together in the connector.
